Concerned About Rising Phone Bills?

If you feel like your phone bill has seen a steady increase over time or a dramatic increase in the short-term, you are probably right!  There are several reasons this could be happening, including:

  • Promotional Changes:  If the promotion or plan you subscribed to has expired or been grandfathered the monthly rates of your existing products may have increased.  It is important to routinely review your services to ensure that you are utilizing the best possible products for your business, under the best possible price points for your budget.  It is equally as important to ensure that you are not being incorrectly billed for services you do not receive.  We would be happy to review your account for you at anytime.  To request a review please click on "Free Service Consultation" at the left side of this screen.
  • Cramming:  Cramming is a type of phone fraud where a third party company adds charges for additional services to a user's phone bill without their authorization.  These charges are typically located at the end of your phone bill and begin with "Billed On Behalf Of [Company Name]".  For directions on how to handle these charges please go to our Support tab and select "billing" from the drop down menu.
  • Slamming:  Slamming is a type of phone fraud where a long distance company switches a user's long distance without their authorization.  These charges are typically located at the end of your phone bill and begin with "Billed On Behalf Of [Company Name]".  For directions on how to handle these charges please go to our Support tab and select "billing" from the drop down menu.
